High Street Signs

Made a bunch of signs… 50 total (20 Walnut frames and 30 black frames) for High Street Consulting. For assembly, I used Gorilla Glue Spray Adhesive to glue the plate and letters on using jigs for alignment which dramatically reduced the assembly time for that step. For the frames, I cut a dado that the signs slide into. This did make the fabrication harder for the black frame signs, since they had to be painted and sanded twice. Once before sanding and again after the glue up. In the future, I would try to make all the frames out of solid wood or do a rabbit instead of a data for the signs if I wanted to use painted frames again.
